I've gathered my supplies and I am ready to start stitching.

From that grid I make a map.

It's a bit hard to see in this picture, but the map is basically a bunch of tiny little symbols that tell me what color I'm using.

I then print it out with a grid on top.

I have decided to start a blog to track my progress on my newest Dead Rappers series cross-stitch.  Since they take me so long to finish now I can feel like I have something to show off.  Plus people can see how much work goes into it and why I charge more than $100.  So thanks for following me as I create number 3 in the series, Aaliyah.
